Cherry blossoms along the road. Neighbour’s front garden is enviable. Daffodils by the drive. It’s still light. The sounds and smells of mowing the lawn. Early evening sun. It got me thinking. I haven’t got long now.

What am I going to do with my garden this summer?  Here’s a few ideas to get you FIRED up and ready for Summer 24… OUT-GRILL THE JONES’!

9 Garden Ideas For 2024

Here at Grillo, we are fortunate to get to see all the creative work that goes into folk’s projects. Check out some of our favourites below!

1. Urban Eden

Small garden. Big Sydney. Small kitchen. Big soul.

Hemmed in on all sides by towering pillars of privet. A scattering of the sun’s harsh rays pierce the gloom; the contrast dazzles but something glints. This is the urban jungle, the inner city. So narrow, so often neglected. But these confines can hide surprises, and today it’s an outdoor kitchen. Sometimes the smallest spaces seems to have the most spellbinding possibilities. It may only be case in a supporting role, but a kitchen can transform a space. Turramurra, Sydney.

2. Gone Country

Gone back to your roots?

There’s nothing like an English country garden. Red brick paths. Lavender. Natural stone. Blue skies. Green grass. Britain is full of classic traditional country gardens, and the beauty of the Grillo kitchen is that it’s neutral colours blends in perfectly with any architecture. 3. Pizza & Prosecco

Mozzarella. Flames. Theatre. Wood-smoke.

Pizza mastery is a worthy addition to anyone’s lifetime bucket list. A wood-fired pizza oven gives an incredibly authentic result, every time. A slice of Italy in your garden, coupled with your favourite prosecco, what more could you want?  More prosecco?  We sat down with Marco Biasetti, brand ambassador at Delivita to hear about Italy, pizza, and life in general.
